Warranty Policy
SlimeVR offers a limited warranty on all of our products. This warranty has a duration of (2) years upon receiving the product, and covers any material and/or manufacturing defects.
What is covered under warranty
Within the first 30 day period upon receiving the product the customer can return the product for any reason and receive a full refund. See our return policy page for more details.
Outside of this period we abide by the (2) year warranty. SlimeVR’s Warranty covers any defects in material or manufacturing defects. This includes the trackers, cables, and straps.
Depending on the issue at hand, SlimeVR will replace either the full set or only the affected items (or refund).
What is not covered under warranty
SlimeVR’s warranty does not cover user inflicted damages, accidents, or failure to follow the product's instructions or warnings.
This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from SlimeVR, Crowd Supply, or Mouser.
How to claim warranty
For refunds/returns within the first 30 days upon receiving it, please contact the seller directly, depending on which retailer the product was purchased through.
For warranty requests, please head over to our website. We may require additional information such as: serial readouts, photos, videos or other materials related to the issue. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim if the requested materials are not provided by the customer upon request.
In some cases the customer may be required to return the defective device(s) to us (or our retailer or distributor) to receive replacement unit(s). Please fill out the warranty request correctly to help speed up the process.
